Trees Park is conceived as a community for families who prefer to live close to nature, with everyday shops and services available in Koloni, Geroskipou, near Paphos. Within the villa, 215 m² of internal space gives five bedrooms enough separation for an extended family, children or overnight guests without the household having to rearrange itself. Four bathrooms help morning and evening routines run in parallel, while the 302 m² total area reflects the substantial connection between the interior and its covered outdoor spaces.

The 606 m² plot creates a measured buffer around the house and provides the setting for a private 9 x 3 m pool, suited to daily swims as well as quieter evenings beside the water.
