Key Responsibilities: ⁃ Ensure robust, accurate, timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level; ⁃ Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place; ⁃ Carry out cost management including forecasting; ⁃ Provide reports on actual costs estimate and identify underlying reasons for any variance; ⁃ Collection of invoices, documents-grounds for current payments; ⁃ Allocation and categorization of project costs; ⁃ Checking of Contractors monthly valuations; ⁃ Collecting, categorizing and entering requests for payment in 1C, tracking the status of payments; ⁃ Coordinate with neighbouring departments including sales, marketing, accounting, IT, and projects for membership contracts, invoices, etc; ⁃ Provision of payment orders at the request of employees; ⁃ Conducting the necessary correspondence within its functionality (English and Russian).
Key Requirements: ⁃ Experienced Word and Excel user; ⁃ Work experience in a project team; ⁃ Cost Management or similar construction related experience is an advantage; ⁃ Excellent communication skills(verbal, writing and face-to-face); ⁃ Experience with contract scheduling, cost control and issues tracking; ⁃ Work experience in Project Management methodologies, tools, systems and technologies.
